Cancellation by the Attendee prior to 21 days of the start of the training course will receive a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee. All other attendee cancellations will be non-refundable but will be credited to a future training course. Impaired Driving Specialists, LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the date, time and location of a training course at any time, including replacing instructors who may be scheduled to deliver the training. In the event a training course is cancelled, the Attendee is entitled to a full tuition refund. Impaired Driving Specialists, LLC shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by the Attendee as a result of a cancellation or reschedule.

CLE credits are optional and are not included in the tuition of this seminar. Impaired Driving Specialists, LLC will submit the CLE application on behalf of the Attendee at the Attendee’s request. The Attendee is responsible for any fees associated with the CLE credit application.

Attendee understands that as part of their participation in the training program, they may be, and consent to, being photographed and/or audio & video recorded by instructors during the participation in the program. Attendee further agrees that all photographs and/or videos are the exclusive property of Impaired Driving Specialists, LLC and consent to any photos and/or videos taken during the program being used on Impaired Driving Specialists, LLC websites and for future training purposes.
