Description
Impaired Driving Specialists, LLC has collaborated with Ron Waldorf, MS, a Vestibular Physiologist who, along with Sgt. Dick Studdard (LAPD ret., DRE Emeritus), developed the DAX™ Evidence Recorder. Mr. Waldorf is the Chief Technology Officer for DAXcam, LLC (Hilliard, OH). DAX™ is a handheld video/audio recording device which captures the eye movements and pupil size/reactivity per the NHTSA/IACP manuals for training and during enforcement SFSTs, ARIDE evaluations, and DRE evaluations.
Not only will Attendees receive a presentation on the DAX™ Evidence Recorder from Mr. Waldorf, including its use in case law, but Attendees will also receive hands-on experience using the DAX™ on volunteer drinkers during the practical exercise on day two. Receive training on this law enforcement tool before your local officers!
